This service is only available to our Wired Desk customers whose website content we hold in our website repositories. Because we have your website content indexed it means you, as a Wired Desk customer, can subscribe to our Search Engine service and have a search box placed on your web pages. Just like the Wired Content website.
Try out the search on our website and you will see what happens. After you type in your search text and press the button to activate the search, the search request goes to our Search Engine at http://search.wireddesk.net and if the text is found in the website a list of pages with summary information are shown. You can see a sample set of results above.
The person doing the search then clicks on one of the web pages and you are back in your website. The look of the search results is entirely up to you. You have a template for this which you can place your logo and Ads if desired. Also you have a style sheet that can change the colours of the table to match your taste.
